Privacy Policy
The short version: the apps covered by this policy collect no personal data. No accounts, no tracking, no analytics, no ads. Anything you create in the app stays on your device. We have no servers holding your information because there is nothing to hold.

What we collect
Nothing. These apps do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on our servers. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
Information that stays on your device
Anything you enter or save in an app — for example, your saved waters in Nearwater — is stored on your device. If you have Apple's iCloud backup enabled, that data may be backed up through your own iCloud account, which is controlled by you and Apple under Apple's terms, not by us. We never receive it.
Location
Some apps (such as Nearwater and Miles Upstream) can use your location to show nearby conditions and the nearest resources. If you grant location access, it is used on your device to make those features work and is never sent to us. You can use the apps without granting location access.
Official data sources (third parties)
To show current conditions, the apps request public data directly from government services — for example, the National Weather Service (weather.gov), the U.S. Geological Survey (usgs.gov), and NOAA. When the app fetches conditions for a place, that request is made from your device to those services and includes the location you are viewing. We do not operate those services, we do not receive or log those requests, and those agencies handle any request data under their own policies.
Advertising and analytics
None. We do not run ads, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking of any kind.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. There is no personal data collection in these apps.
App Store purchases
Any purchase or download happens through Apple's App Store and is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We receive only aggregate, non-identifying sales information from Apple; we do not receive your name, email, or payment details.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a revised effective date.
